IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?

This is a 2-story home with stairs and an upper wraparound deck. The house is not babyproofed and the fenced backyard is large and sloped.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

This is a strict no-pet property due to the surrounding wild-life.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE BEACH

We are located 1 mile up PCH. There are multiple access points to beaches along PCH depending on what activities you would like to do - from surfing at Malibu Lagoon to fishing off the Malibu Pier, all are within 5-10 min drive.
